The nurse in the recovery room made me feel really at home and relaxed.

I experienced great degree of skill and kindness and efficiency by medical staff room lovely with window etc. It would have been helpful if I had been given a pack or tenar knickers during the night for the diarrhoea caused by the medication instead one as a time also a bath towel and wipers. All the foregoing were given to me in the morning. A full time domestic needs to be employed in bathroom/shower rooms when this diarrhoea is caused by medication so it can be immediately disinfect otherwise exceptional patience and high degree of experience also all staff including support staff.

What was good:
- Kind approachable staff.
- The modelling of good procedure by systems.
- Clean hospital.
- Humble caring staff.
To improve.
- To tight priorities due to insufficient staff.
Sometimes one has to wait too long.
Meals should be more cultural, diverse.
